small room poor lighting
the location was fine for walking to see the city, i guess.
my family room had a shower in it with a bathtub. it took up nearly the entire shower! also, the room felt small, and there weren't many lights. there was no real separation from the pullout couch either. i've stayed in better places.

small room strange shower
the location was fairly central to attractions.
my room was quite small i paid a high price and it was not worth it. the shower had a bathtub in it that took up almost the entire space that seemed strange. also there were not any actual lights.

Really good Stay, Attention to Detail
easy check-in large room comfortable bedding awesome breakfast
The check-in process was very easy. We enjoyed coffee and snacks while completing the process, as we stayed in the red level. The room was quite large and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the two sinks in the bathroom. The robes and bedding were comfortable. Everything was quiet. Breakfast was fantastic, and the service matched it. This luxury hotel is located within walking distance of everything.

Breakfast offered a great variety with fantastic choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit. The staff ensured quick refills and maintained a clean environment, which I found especially valuable!

The gym features modern equipment. I saw several treadmills and free weights available. The spa offers a variety of treatments. I noticed that the relaxation area included comfortable loungers and calming music.

Really good service and historical charm
high attention ideal location comfortable beds
The staff was really good and always ready to assist with any query. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. I found the beds very comfortable and ensured a restful sleep each night.
The gym, while functional, felt a bit small given the hotel size. I found the limited equipment slightly inconvenient during peak hours.

The staff helped whenever there was a query. They were probably the best hotel staff i have ever encountered. The team were pretty good too ensure all needs were met. They provided quick, efficient, and very friendly service.

The breakfast offered an amazing selection of options. It included both local and international dishes. The presentation of food was visually appealing. The variety was excellent, ensuring a good start to the day.

warm welcome quiet room coffee offer ideal location
the welcome started impeccably when the bellman promptly opened the taxi door. the check-in agent accommodated my request for a quiet room. i appreciated the offer of coffee while i waited, it was A nice touch. the location was ideal, placing me within a short walk of the palace.
